The Spine & Hinge Creaser replaces those harsh existing scoring wheels located on the shafts of your Perfect Binder and is capable of creasing material/stock combinations ranging from 150gsm to 350gsm and above.

Two types of Split colour-coded Creasing Bands are supplied with this Spine & Hinge Creaser; each colour has a different creasing profile designed for a certain paper weight ensuring that make-ready is quick and efficient.

The hinge width is fixed at 6mm (variations can be made on request). The minimum thickness of the spine is as little as 2mm and the maximum thickness is limitless.
