Contents of Package

1x Male Blade Holder (MT-BH-02/35): used to hold the perforating/slitting blade and creasing cassette whilst material is fed through

2x Female Nylon Sleeve Holder (CP-AP-NSH/35): used to secure nylon during perforating and kiss-cutting process

1x Black Nylon Sleeve (CP-NY/SL-35): used on light weight stocks (65-250/280gsm), to allow sufficient blade pressure onto material (for perforating and kiss-cutting only)

1x Blue Nylon Sleeve (CP-NY/SL-35-B): used on heavier stocks (250-280 upwards), allowing sufficient blade pressure onto material

1x Male Creasing Rib Holder (M): contains the split inserts to crease material

1x Female Component (F): contains grooves in which material is pressed

2x Orange Split Gripper Crease (M-66): used to crease material weight between 85gsm-200gsm>

2x Blue Split Gripper Crease (M-65): used to crease material weight between 200gsm-270gsm>

2x Yellow Split Gripper Crease (M-64): used to crease material weight between 250gsm-350gsm

2x Cutting Boss (CB-02): used to aid cutting, producing scissor effect as material is fed through device (for slitting only)

2x Cutting Knife (CK-01): (62.50mm Outer Diameter) used for trimming on normal stock

1x Kiss-Cutting Knife (CK-02) (optional): (58.35mm Outer Diameter) used for kiss-cutting applications

1x Long Cutting Knife (CK-03) (optional): (64mm Outer Diameter) used for trimming on heavy stock

2x Black Gripper Band (M-15): used to feed and support material through device

1x Micro-Perforating Blade - 17 tpi (MPB-17): Micro-Perforating blade with a 17 teeth per inch profile. Used to perforate medium/heavy stocks. To be used in combination with both the Black Nylon Sleeve for stock weights 170-280gsm, and with the Blue Nylon Sleeve for stock weights 250-350gsm

1x Micro-Perforating Blade - 25 tpi (MPB-25): Micro-Perforating blade with a 25 teeth per inch profile. Used to perforate medium stocks. To be used in combination with the Black Nylon Sleeve for stock weights 100-170gsm

1x Micro-Perforating Blade - 52 tpi (MPB-52): Micro-Perforating blade with a 52 teeth per inch profile. Used to perforate light stocks. To be used in combination with the Black Nylon Sleeve for stock weights 65-100gsm

1x Micro-Perforating Blade - 12 tpi (MPB-12) (optional): Micro-Perforating blade with a 12 teeth per inch profile. Used to perforate heavy stocks. To be used in combination with the Blue Nylon Sleeve

1x Micro-Perforating Blade - 72 tpi (MPB-72) (optional): Micro-Perforating Blade with a 72 teeth per inch profile. Used to perforate light stocks. To be used in combination with the Black Nylon Sleeve

2x Blue Gripper Band (M-40): used to feed and support material through device during edge trimming only

1x Waste Stripper - 5mm width (TWS-ID/35-5) (optional): acts as waste deflector preventing waste material wrapping around machine shaft

1x Waste Stripper - 4mm width (TWS-ID/35-4) (optional): acts as waste deflector preventing waste material wrapping around machine shaft

1x Waste Stripper - 3mm width (TWS-ID/35-3) (optional): acts as waste deflector preventing waste material wrapping around machine shaft

1x Extraction Tool: used to change the rubber grippers from the Male Blade Holder
